Step by Step

Step 01 - Project Brief and Kick Off

Choose your package and we’ll get started. We’ll ask you to share any information you have about your property such as a recent site survey, property title, existing plans or previous permits. If you don’t have these, we can help you organise what’s needed. We’ll then meet to understand your goals, budget and priorities and confirm the brief together.

Step 02 - Feasibility & Design Exploration

We assess your site, planning rules, constraints and design potential. Depending on your package, this includes assessment, design exploration and collaborative workshops to refine the optimal solution together.

Step 03 - Your Feasibility Pack

Once you are happy with the outcome and feel confident in the solution, we prepare your Maisonette Feasibility Pack as a printed and digital report with everything covered. You will have a clear roadmap of your options, the planning pathway and next steps.

Step 04 - Set Up For Success

Whether you continue working with us or take your Feasibility Pack to another professional, you’ll walk away with a complete roadmap for your project, giving you clarity on what’s possible, the strategy for how to proceed and the confidence to take the next step.
